Instructional Courses

8 instructional courses/workshops will be offered on Tuesday, April 21st and Wednesday, April 22nd, during the congress, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and will cost $75.

 

Instructional Course # 1:

Microsurgery Workshop

(Theoretical and practical with a model of perfused chicken thighs and a modern microscope)

Learn and practice end-to-end and end to side anastomosis, venous anastomosis and nerve repair. The course is directed by the Department of Plastic Surgery Section of Microsurgery at the University of Wisconsin. There will be a 2–3-hour basic version followed by in advanced version (3 hours). You can enroll in one or both.

 

This course is $25 for residents* (residents and physicians with 2 or fewer years of graduation) and $250 for the rest. This course is limited to 20 participants.

3.

Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Workshop

Sponsored by Smile Train. (Theoretical and practical with silicone facial models).

 

This course is $25 for residents* (residents and physicians with 2 or fewer years of graduation) and $250 for the rest. This course is limited to 20 participants.
